Wash and finely chop the Brussels Sprouts. Air fry for 4 to 5 minutes at 350 F. Alternatively, use a conventional oven and bake for 10 minutes at 350 F. Add the rest of the ingredients and let the salad rest for 30 minutes so it soaks up the dressing. Enjoy as a side dish or main dish.
