1. Cut potatoes into thick fries. 2. Place the cut potatoes in an ice bath for 20 minutes for an extra-crispy texture. 3. Rinse the potatoes and dry them completely. 4. Season the dried potatoes with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, nutritional yeast, salt, pepper, and avocado oil. 5. Air fry the seasoned potatoes at 425°F (218°C) for 20–25 minutes, shaking halfway through. Air fry longer for a crispier crust, if desired. 6. For the cheese sauce: Mix 12 ml of liquid per 2 tbsp of Living Jin Vegan Cheese Powder. (Adjust quantity as needed, e.g., for 16 tbsp total powder, use 8 x 12 ml liquid). 7. Warm the cheese mixture for up to 1 minute on the stovetop or in the microwave until it becomes creamy and smooth. 8. Serve the air-fried fries with the vegan cheese sauce as a dip, or pour it directly on top of the fries. Enjoy your healthier, homemade version!
