What you need

Instructions
For the dressing: Combine extra virgin olive oil, aged balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, the contents of one Just Thrive Probiotic capsule, dried herbs (like oregano and basil), salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well and set aside. For the salad: Cook one package of gluten-free penne pasta according to the package directions. Once cooked, let the pasta cool completely. While the pasta cools, cut one big juicy tomato, freshly chop about 1/4 cup of green onions, chop 1/2 cup of mini peppers, cut one avocado into cubes, and shave 1/2 cup of carrots. Measure out 1/4 cup of green olives, 1/4 cup of vegan feta cheese, and 1/4 cup of fresh chopped basil. Once the pasta is cool, add all the prepared vegetables, olives, avocado, carrots, vegan feta, and basil to a large bowl with the pasta. Pour the prepared dressing over everything and combine thoroughly. Sprinkle some hemp seeds on top, and add more vegan cheese and fresh basil if desired before serving. Enjoy!View original recipe
