Quick and Easy Vegetable Lo Mein Pasta ! Lo-Mein Pasta Recipe : ( GF & V ) (Serves 2-3 people ) Cook one box of pasta according to the package. - 8 oz oyster or shiitake mushrooms - 2 celery stalks cut lengthwise - 1 cup of washed and cut broccoli 🥦 - 1/2 cup of shredded purple cabbage - 1 cup of sugar snap peas - 3/4 cup julienne carrots 🥕 - 3 green onions - 2 minced garlic 🧄 cloves - 1 to 2 tsp of freshly minced ginger - 4 to 5 Tbsp of toasted sesame oil - 1/4 cup gluten free soy sauce ( less or more after taste ) - 2 Tbsp coconut aminos . Cook each vegetable separately, one after another , same pan with very little oil and soy sauce . After finish cooking the vegetables, add the pasta to the dish , add the sauce , sprinkle some toasted sesame seeds and enjoy while is warm ! tsp fresh ginger

clove garlic clove
fl oz vegetable oil

box gluten free pasta

tbsp coconut aminos

tbsp sesame seed

oz shiitake mushrooms

celery stalk

cup purple cabbage

cup broccoli

cup snap peas

cup soy sauce
Instructions
1. Cook one box of pasta according to the package directions. 2. In the same pan, cook each vegetable separately, one after another, using very little oil and soy sauce for each. 3. After finishing cooking all the vegetables, add the cooked pasta to the dish. 4. Add the sauce (soy sauce and coconut aminos, possibly more sesame oil). 5.
