What you need

tbsp cashew butter
cup Coconut Yogurt

tbsp maple syrup

tsp ground nutmeg

tsp cinnamon

cup pecan nuts
Probiotic Capsule

cup oats

medjool dates
Instructions
For the crust: Blend the Medjol dates, pecans, sprouted oats, cashew butter, and probiotic capsule in a blender until combined. Add the mixture equally into mini tart silicone molds. Set them in the refrigerator. For the apple topping: Wash, peel, and cut the apples into cubes. Cook them on the stove with maple syrup and cinnamon until the apple becomes soft. Let this cool down completely before adding it to the mini tart molds. Assembly: Add coconut yogurt to each tart, then top with the cooked apples. Enjoy!View original recipe
