Instructions

1: Using a double boiler, melt 1/2 cup of criollo chocolate wafers with 1 tsp of coconut oil over low heat to prevent burning.

2: When all chocolate is melted and reaches temperature of 103°F, remove from heat.

3: Add a few extra wafers, 2 at a time, to bring the temperature down to 88°F.

4: Pour the melted chocolate into your favorite chocolate molds.

5: Decorate with edible gold and freeze-dried strawberries for an extra fruity flavor.

6: Freeze and enjoy!
