What you need

tbsp sesame oil

cup snap peas

oz sesame seed

celery stalk

green onion

cup broccoli
cup Organic Carrot

tbsp coconut aminos

clove garlic clove

oz shiitake mushrooms

tsp fresh ginger

cup purple cabbage

cup soy sauce
Instructions
1. Cook pasta according to the package: Fill a pot halfway (or a little more) with water, bring water to boil, add salt (optional), add PureFit Organic Soybean Pasta, and cook for 2-3 minutes. Pour cooked pasta into a strainer and set aside. 2. Prepare vegetables: Cut celery stalks lengthwise, wash and cut broccoli, shred purple cabbage, julienne carrots, mince garlic, and mince ginger. Slice green onions. 3. Cook vegetables: In the same pan, cook each vegetable separately, one after another, using very little oil and soy sauce until tender-crisp. 4. Combine and serve: After finishing cooking all the vegetables, add the cooked pasta to the dish. Add the remaining soy sauce, coconut aminos, and toasted sesame oil to create the sauce. Mix well.
