Vegan Assorted Dark Chocolate Bites

1: Using a double boiler, melt Dark Chocolate Wafers at a temperature between 104 F and 110 F.

2: Let the melted chocolate cool down to around 77 to 80 F, then add it to heart molds, spreading it evenly.

3: Turn the molds upside down to release excess chocolate and set in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.

4: After 10 minutes, take out the molds, add a raspberry into each heart, and pour more melted chocolate on top.

5: Let it set at room temperature around 70 F or in the refrigerator.

6: Remove chocolate hearts from the molds and decorate with edible gold and roses.

7: For Caramel Chocolate Square Bites, melt Cacao Fruit Chocolate in a double boiler and prepare the caramel filling by blending the medjol dates with almond butter.

8: Add the caramel filling to square chocolate molds, top with more melted chocolate, and let it set.

9: Decorate the square bites with superfood powder.
